Excellent Customer Service

Wow, what a great customer experience!!!!! On 29 Nov'18 I went into Bradlows wanting to purchase the lounge which was on special for R9999.99 for CASH....Vijay did the necessary paperwork, but when I swiped my Gift card it gave us problems and I could not do the payment. I had to request a replacement card from my suppliers, which I was only going to get the Monday (sale was only until Sunday 2 Dec) I discussed my dilemma with the store Manager, explaining to her that I will be back on the Monday and if she can do anything to assist me because I would still like to have it at the special price, but she was not interested in helping me and just said that it is not possible......

Vijay than contacted Head office explained my problem and got the go ahead that I may still get it at the special price even if the sale ended the previous day.

Now this is what I call EXCELLENT service!!!!!! Vijay went out of his way, to make things happen for me, once again Thank you Vijay, you are truly a gem for this company.
