Empty promises

I bought a bed at Bradloss furniture shop in Ermelo, Corner De Clerq and Church Street, in December 2019 and in around September 2020 I made claim to have them exchange my bed since it started making sounds but since then they have been throwing from pillor to post about bringing me a new bed, and the bed is still under warranty. I have been going going their shop about this matter almost every week but nothing nothing till this very day.
