empty promises as per contract

on november i was told that if i buy couches before end of they are special ill receive a toster and cleaning materials for my couches i have been going forth and backwards with them always i am being told they dont have stock till today i havent received anything and it cost me cause i must use my petrol going up and down, and they dont have customer service because they not phoning me to alert me whats happening
