empty promises

I bought a laptop from the store early last year and in September I used it in the evening and the following day it couldn't switch on. I toke it back to the store since it had warranty for repairs and a week or two later they said I could come and collect it as it was fix,but found out that it wasn't fixed when I got home with it. I toke it back again and was told that they didn't fix it because the S/N underneath the laptop was erased and that I should sent the box it came with since there's a S/N on it,but I told them I sent it the 1st time with the box. Somewhere between the store and where they send computers for repairs,they lost the box. After months of calling them they finally told me that they tried fixing it but it was gonna cost more to fix it than to replace it and that they Will call me when they are done with the process.it toke them 6 months to get that point and I m still paying my account while this **** is happening and don't even get informed of the progress unless I call thm and 7 months later,I still don't have my laptop. It toke 1 store for me to hate the whole store chain and am not gonna recommend anyone on buy at the store.
