empty promise

bradlows management can't keep they're promise, I have reported my broken bad to them since last year may 2014, they send they're inspector to check the bad and he agreed that it was a factory fault. i was promise a new bad ever since than i'm still waiting. i went to the shop nine times already an the manager always tells me that there is a problem with the top management. this is the bad service I have ever received.
