Wednesday the 20 November 2024 I visited the store to purchase Lagos Lounge suite for 22999.95 I then decided to take measurements went back home following day u was contacted by my salesman he told me that the price has changed and I went back to the store to alternative product which Emma 7 piece L/suite @R19999.95 when they capture my details on the system they told me that the price has changed, I don't have a problem with the store Head office must communicate with the branch level regarding any changes, Section 23 of the consumer protection Act(CPA) in South Africa generally requires that the price a consumer sees is the price they will pay, I will go back today to the store and pay for my Lounge suit at the price that I saw.
