Good day

Today I hope that this email will reach the right people and that I will receive the couch back and be reimburse for the period of 4 months waiting for a couch to come back from the warehouse. In a nut sell I purchase a couch and fridge from Bradlows in Claremont in November 2018 in that same month i heard a funny sound coming from the couch when one sit on the couch ,so I turned the couch around and discover that the one foot of the couch have extra nails in to support the couch and the other foot only had the one original nail in how it suppose to be . I contacted the sale consultant at the Claremont store explain to her what is wrong with the couch I send her pictures as well to make it more clear what I was trying to say. The consultant got back to me telling me the warehouse is close in December once they open they will collect the couch and so they did, after two or 3 months of not receiving the couch I complaint on hellopeter in the hope that the store will hear me cause when I go into the store for a follow up no one can give me a clear answer but that was in vein so yesterday 03/06/19 I went into the Clearmont store again to hear if there is any news on the couch so I was informed once again that I sent the couch in without feet and I need to pay R1035 in order for them to repair it taking into account that am paying for this couch for 6 MONTHS and counting and I don't even have this couch at house . Today 04/06/19 I tried calling myself to see if there is someone with in the BRADLOWS company that can help me but no one could help me I spoke to more then 6 People from the different departments with no luck .The last person i spoke to in the customer complaint department told me seeing that i complaint on hellopeter the hellopeter team will take the matter further. SO HERE I AM ONCE MORE MY NAME IS PHILLANCIA JANUARIE ********** 533 CAN THE HELLOPETER TEAM DO SOMETHING FOR ME . Am tried I need assistance BRADLOWS with its ****TY customer service clearly can't help me EK IS GATVOL. WHAT CAN I DO ??
