Double door fridge not working

I bought a Hisense double door fridge. I reported that the freeser side doesnt work as all our meat is ruined now duie to this. they sent out a tech who did nothing but just said we need to move it from the wall and it will work we did that and it only worked for that day. I repported the matter the tech who i was calling on *** is now not returning my calls.My kids stay alone and this is ruining food as we nned to but from hand to mouth.I an ver irate and not getting anyhelp from Bradlows newcastle as I laid the complain there
