double debit / early debit

1st issue<br> <br> This company thinks they own my money they successfully debited me on the 25 Jan 2016 now again today 29 jan 2016. i want my money back and know your stupid billing system *****.<br> <br> issue 2<br> <br> Am not happy about your debt order system and i want my refund back because of your stupid system.<br> <br> this system debited me on the wrong dates twice(December and January) and i had not funds so the are two bank charges of R138 that needs to be refunded.<br> <br> my debit order date was 25th and you system always debit be early.<br> <br> 17 December 2015 and 23 January 2015<br> <br> i have asked Lebogang one of your call center agents to change my debit order to the 30th yesterday (25/01/2016).<br> <br> Am really not happy about how you operate you guys are damaging my credit record. it will be for the last time buying via credit from your group.<br> <br> I want my money back R 138*2 = R 276<br> <br> if you come with excuses and story i will be going to hello peter and other social media platforms.<br> <br> i want my money back and i hope the debit order has been changed.<br> <br> i did send an email to [query ] [debitorder] [lebohang your call center agent ] on the 26th jan with attached proof of bank charges. no one rep****<br> <br> i hate u!!!!
