Don't waste your money with Bradlows furniture

Do not trust on Bradlows furnitures and services. I have been supply with 3 pieces 3 action Lounge Suite Grafton everest but one of the seater was made with a different fabric instead of upper leather. Only some years I have noticed the lounge starting deteriorated. I have spent R34000 for this lounge. I went to Bradlows west Street where I have purchased the lounge. The manager told me there is nothing she can do about it. I can complain to customer care. She even lie to say the guarantee was expired while the lounge should have 5 years guarantee and they have not 5 years yet. When I have sent an e mail to customer care only to find out there is no customer care service.
