DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BRADLOWS FURNITURE.BAD QUALITY

Bought coaches last year January 2023. In less than six months, they were showing defects. I reported the matter to the office twice, July and December. They came and fetched them in July for repairs. November had the same defects. Reported the matter for second time. Were again fetched for repairs. They were delivered with same defects. In January 2024 I lodged another complain and demanded refund. They fetched the coaches in February 2024. To date I have not received my refund. escalated the matter to Ombudsman. The Ombudsman consultant advised me that it is going to time because it is a cumbersome process. Me and my family has been sitting on the floor for the past four months. Imagine in this cold weather with an Asthmatic daughter
