Don’t buy anything from Bradlows

My mother bought a table and it arrived cracked, she’s been trying to get someone to replace it but no one seems to want to help her and they are giving her the runaround. We contacted the manager at Kenako Bradlows and they keep saying they don’t know what to do. The table has still not being replaced. This is such disgusting customer service
