Don't buy at Morkels

On Friday 2 October I purchased a Grafton everest Lounge suite and coffee table at the Festival Mall branch. By the manager I was told that delivery would take place Monday or Tuesday. On Monday morning I got a call from a very rude lady telling me that they didn't have stock . when I asked when they would get stock she rep**** flatly she doesn't know. She called me back ab two hours later to say that there was a mix up and delivery would take place on Wednesday. Well they delivered the coffee table and no lounge suite. Was informed by the store that there was no space on the truck but they would be back.yeah right. The furniture has been paid for in full. So please by 10am on Thursday 9 October collect your coffee table an have my money back to me by 12 noon. I will also be contacting Grafton Everest so that they can explain to me why they allow such stores to sell thier products. Oh and yes please make sure there is room on your truck to fit the coffee table..
