DO NOT BUY FROM BRADLOWS - WORST SERVICE EVER!

Be very weary before ever doing business with this place. They only have front end sales support, once you have completed your purchase, they're happy to take your money, however there is zero after sales support. I purchased my laptop from them in September 2022, the laptops battery got faulty. I handed the laptop in the 14th of July, no one calls to update me. I logged a complaint with Bradlows on the 1st of August 2023 due to this poor service where I have to fight to get simple customer service & updates. Complaint no *** - NO ONE UP TIL TODAY HAVE NOT ENGADGED TO GIVE ME ANY UPDATE. I am paying for what... I could just as well buy a new laptop. Whenever I call to find out what's going on I just get "eish" WHAT BULL****!!! NEVER BUY FROM BRADLOWS!!!!
