DO NOT BUY FROM BRADLOWS!!!!!!!!

IF you happen to read this DO NOT BUY FROM BRADLOWS!!! Please spare yourself the frustration and money.

My mom and I bought 4PCE Longe suite Gomma brown for R22 000 and R600 for delivery, we paid everything in full. When it was time for them to deliver it was stories from the Local branch and further stories from the Head office. We logged a complaint on the 28 November (Complaint number was provided) but till date no one has called to give us an update on what is going on!!

Every-time we call "the matter has been escalated" yet we haven't received the sofa's nor have we received our money back!!! No one is willing to give answers or to commit to when this matter will be resolved.

I am beyond exhausted, frustrated and even annoyed, how do you pay for something and not get the item then to top it all off they sprinkle bad service on top of it all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I REPEAT.
