Dissatisfied customer

I bought this mentioned above lounge at BRADLOWS in EAST London Eastern Cape, on a lay bye Purchase with the Amount of R20,500 in Dec 2019. I reported the matter to them that my Lounge was looking like it was 20years old, i'm very disappointed at Bredlows because expected quality and excellence. To my surprise,their Response was not customer orientated because they said I must pay R900 for collection and also pay for the Quotation to fix it and I will have to pay the suppliers to fix it. They said that my Guarantee was 2years and it was expired. I have been trying to get hold of them since December & the store was closed.
