Dissatisfied customer!

Bradlows maponya has given me the worst service ever, they are *********** and are not customer driven. I opened an account with them in Jhb, requested for goods to be delivered in Cape Town, the assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and should get my furniture delivered as soon as everything was approved.

When all was approve, I was given a run around being told that the whare house doesn't have stock and I could not not simply go to a store in Cape Town to purchase the goods, I would have to restart the process all over again in Cape Town, I mean in this day and age why could that sale be transfered to Cape Town and I could just make a simple purchase.

I will never recommend them to anyone rest assured. When you ask to speak to a Manger you get transfered from phatho(sales consultant) to someone else that acts like a manager and when you ask for name, then that person's says they are not the manager.

I'm still waiting for Thavandlan Chetty to call me back (manager at Bradlows Maponya Mall)

Very disappointed!
