dissatisfied customer

I purchased lounge suite from bradlows in december 2016 an i was unhappy with the product due it having many faults so i called the phoenix branch an complained .In may 2017 they decide to pick up my lounge suite an get it repaired i waited for 6 months an i got no help at all an i stated to them that i wanted a new 1 an not a repaired lounge suite so i continued calling from my phone an i did not get help from the staff at phoenix plaza i as the customer i knws my rigths an i wont settle for repaired lounge suit
