Dissatisfaction

I have never been so inconvenienced in my life. I am on a 36month contract with bradlows and my sofas are tearing up really badly it's been over 4months now trying to get assistance and I have logged numerous complaints and sent through emails but no assistance. The store that I got my products from is in Phoenix and is completely torn down not sure if they are revamping so I cannot get ahold of them on the number. I have had chats with the operators via telephone but surprise suprise nothing. I am left paying for something that I am not happy about I wish somebody could've warned me honestly if I could give a zero star would
