Disrespected and embarrassed

<p>my mother Zandile Gumede bought built in cupboards with one of the furniture companies ( Bradlows ). Before they came to an agreement with the cost they sent one of their sub-contractors to measure the kitchen and show my mom their designs and then told her that it was going to be R34000.00 in total for the design she chose , they then came to an agreement because she had like that design they showed her . Later that week she received a call from a lady in Esikhaleni Bradlows branch who told that she now has to pay R37000.00 for the cupboards, she then enquired with the branch in Richards Bay where she initially made a deal with regarding the call and the change in the figures they told her she must ignore the call.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 27th of April , the sub-contractor came to install the cupboards, attached are the pictures of the mess they did, if you see pic no 1 and 4 , they told her she needs to get someone who will cut the top part for the stove as shown in pic 3, the microwave part was installed however the plugs are inside the grocery cupboard as shown in pic 4, the stove has 4 plate but has 3 heat adjusters ( knobs) refer to pic 1.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the complaint was laid with the service provider they are all giving her a run around , the sales lady in Richards bay is now rude and arrogant to my mom , they are telling her to speak to the sub-contractor regarding her complaint , the sub- contractors are pushing her away telling her they cant help her.Please help </p>
