Disrespect/ No customersetvice

Bradlows furniture inconsiderate and disrespectful of their customers. They called my reference person about the delivery and went as far as arranging date & time of delivery without my knowledge. Their defence was that they didn't have my contact details which was a big lie. Next thing they made me stay at home for the whole day waiting for delivery which never happened. When I called them they still continued with their lies saying the goods are on the way. If they can't deliver they must bring my money back What they are doing is *****,*********,disrespect.
