disregard of customer satisfaction

I went to Bradlows Wonderpark on the 6th of July 2019 to go buy a Decoder and a laptop and today is the17th of July 2019 and the ymanaged to install my DSTV on the 16th of july 2019. yet still today i am awaiting on the delivery of my laptop.
