Display table with broken parts

I am so disappointed at Bradlows, Protea Glen. The services received are terrible.

I bought a table on the 17th of July 2024. CASH!!! Mind you they said the table will arrive the next Saturday, but oh well well to my surprise it arrived two weeks LATER!!! It doesn’t end there, they gave me a display table! Broken and rusty! How little do they think of me. When lodged my first complaint, a consultant called me, offering me to get the table fixed and get a R500 voucher. The other option was to choose a table of my choice, they sent a video of the tables they have. I chose the option to get a table of my choice, I was then told to pay the difference. That’s when I lost it!!! Because what do you mean I have to pay the difference for what you did wrong. It’s not my fault that the table you gave me was a display and it was broken, so paying the difference didn’t sit well with me. At all!! Margate the manager was so rude! I told her that I won’t pay the difference because the consultant told me that I can choose any table of my choice and it will be paid!!! She argued with me saying I should pay the difference, and still stand No! Telling I must come down. She was shouting, making it so hard to even get my point across. I asked if the calls recorded she said no!! How pathetic!! She’s so unprofessional, she was even shouting at the consultants

She offered me a refund. Guess what ? Tik Tok 3 weeks later, still no refund! ⏱️🤷
