Dispicable service

<p>I have an account with Morkels, in May 2016 i called to enquire about my total balance and i was given an amount of R13 734.22. On the 7th of June 2016 i paid R10 000 towards the outstanding amount. Then again on the 23rd of June 2016 i called to enquire about the balance i was given an amount of R4 867.38, that was before my instalment of R1818.00 goes of on the 25th of June and agint the same instalment of R1818.00 went off on the 25th of July 2016. Today the 17th August 2016 I called & spoke to Jane Malakwane who gave me an out standing amount of R3 182.24. Accoring to me the instalment going off on the 25th of August 2016 is supposed to be the last payment but NO IT SEEMS I'LL BE PAYING MORKELS FOR EVER!!!!! I REALLY DONT GET THIS Explain this balance given in May was R13 734.22, paid R10 000.00, then and instalment of R1818.00 went off in JUNE & JULY BUT BUT now in August i still have an outstanding of R3 182.24. To EVERYBODY OUT THERE BEWARE OF WHEN DEALING WITH MORKELS STORE!!! THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT. i NEED SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!!!!!!! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER.</p>
