Dishonesty.

On the 15th February 2021 I went bradlows furniture store in Alberton to view couches that I wanted to purchase,I was then adviced by the sales person to open up an account so I can be able to purchase the goods on credit,the required documents were sent an application was made with the reference number:***,I was in and out of the store the whole week just be doing same application and sent back and be called again do the same application all over again eventually on the 18th of February 2021 they called me back to the store to do the same thing and on the same day was told that my application was approved for R40k,with the account number :***4,was then required to pay a deposit of R107.40 which I did the receipt was printed and the contract was drawn out indicating the goods that I purchased and the required monthly installment,to my surprise on the 19th February 2021 the store called me to come in when I arrive was informed that I need to re-apply cause my application was declined not sure how because it was approved deposit was paid,I then did the re-application after doing the same thing since Monday the 15th of February 2021 been in store practically the whole week which has caused me financially on traveling,on the 20th February 2021 the store called me in as I arrive they indicated to me that my application deal is now approved for R32k with the deposit of R1700. the store couldn't explain the reasoning behind all this mess only indicated that the head office makes such decisions I feel so betrayed and **** to by bradlows having been so dishonest to me,please can you assist in resolving the matter.
