Dishonesty and lack of accountability from bradlows

On the 21-12-2021 bought a bed at Bradlows and was promised the bed will be delivered at the 23-12-2021, the day came and there was no communication from the store to advise of any delays had to call them around 16h00 to check the delivery they said they will get back to me. I received an sms advising they will delivery on 28-12-2021 which was not the agreement not even the apology when called the store the did not want to be accountable advising the sms was sent by the warehouse which none of my business cause they advised the bed was in stock so I do not understand why it will take 5 working days to delivery it and I am also annoyed by the lack of accountability and the blame shifting from the store we did not buy the bed from the warehouse which is their warehouse so to say they are not involved came as a surprise.
