Dishonest Personnel

I obtained a new fridge from Bradlows branch, Protea Glen Mall, the previous one stopped working because of the ongoing blackouts, however it was still in good condition and due to be sold to a client who buys and refurbishes appliances On the 25th of August 2022, my new fridge was delivered and placed inside the house, the driver of the delivery truck Lawrence saw the old fridge and was highly interested, and he knew what the problem was, a thermostat, however I thought the issues was gas and had already filled the gas three times without any success. Lawrence took the fridge, he would be able to fix it for himself, he’s already in the field and works with fridges and it will be easy to access the parts to fix it, he was supposed to pay month of August and there was no payment, followed it with him, I got excuse after excuse, September ended still no payment, I’ve been made a fool and given run-around. Contacted Bradlows Protea Glen Branch, relayed to them the story and I was referred to the warehouse where the driver is reporting at, spoke to a very helpful lady Paulina who I conveyed my story to her, she requested to call be back in order to investigate the matter. Indeed she called back after couple of minutes and advised that the driver is working a contractor and not permanent, she gave the Lawrence boss or truck owner numbers. Call the truck owner, his name is Morris and his business is trading as “Khathu Trucks”, explained the situation to him, he promised that he will make a payment and deduct the amount from Lawrence salary, its already more than a week now Morris is not showing any interest or intention of depositing the money. Basically Bradlows or the JDG group is doing business with ************* and dishonest people.
