Dishonest and rude staff- My phone was ****** at the store.

Bradlows at Greenacres, at the bridge, Port Elizabeth. My phone was ****** at the store. there are no cameras (this is according to the staff) and the staff is dishonest. When I called to speak to the branch manager, I was asked by the staff why I need to speak to him since I have spoken with the staff. when I finally got to talk to him, he was so rude.
