Disgusting service @ Bradlows pPretorius street branch

I bought couches @ Bradlows last year March and 1 or 2 weeks the couches were damaged, they crack on the stiches. I went to the shop they took them and return them after a month , after 2 days they were vracking on the very same place they fixed.This has been going on for the whole year until I told them to take their couched back and give me my money. Since then i have been doing up and down asking for the feedback because the store manager told me I won't be able to get the refund they will replace the couches. Untill today there's nothing. All I need is my money back.
