Disgusting service

The service from Dino the store manager at Maponya Mall as well as Lindiwe has been nothing shorting of disgusting and atrocious. Kim from the JD Warehouse (on behalf of Bradlows) has been no better. It has taken weeks on end of my calling the store, the warehouse and the entire world to try get this sorted. Nothing works, this morning I called the ***and spoke to very rude agents named Shanice and Ruth, they refused to transfer me to their manager and would not give me their Head Office number. They would not even acknowledge my complaint, let alone be empathetic to what my complaints where. No one is willing to assist nor listen to anything I need assistance with.
