Disgusting service

I have bought a bed on credit at bradlows madiba street, Pretoria, the bed within six months the bed sound and feel like a old bed it has waves on top and I reported the bed at the store 4 months ago, the manager have been promising delivery of the new bed but until today I have not received anything being taken from Pilar to post the manager she is a **** and *********** person, now in hospital because of the bed had to do a back operation and I don't know when am discharged where am I going to sleep because I don't think I will find myself on that bed again..it is very said because I am still paying for this bed...
