Disgusting rude online agent motebogeng

I ordered couches online on the 15th and my order was confirmed and even received the sms that my couches will be delivered on the 20th of November however few days later i recieved an sms that my order will be delivered on the 22 of November i tried getting answers about the date changes and an agent who was assisting me online motebogeng didn't have answers instead she rudely told me to contact them again if 5 days had passed without delivery but from the 15th to the 22nd its 6 days at this point i feel like am being taken for a ride now that they have my money they don't care is this how bradlows treat their customers if it is its pathetic and disgusting i expect clear communication morespecially when i have paid for goods i have not received
