Disgusting customer service!

The worst customer service ever! Empty promises and wiping their backsides with their customers! I bought a faulty fridge from them in June this year. I lodged a complaint in July about the fridge freezing in the top. They came and fixed the thermometer. In September I lodged another complaint about the fridge not keeping my food cool enough as I had to dispose of rotten cheese and vegetables every week! The guy came and said the fridge gas was leaking. Again I called the store and asked them for my money back instead as it was proving problematic and I did not want to waste any more food.

It's been almost two months that I am waiting for my refund from Bradlows. Emailing the regional manager and it seems I am blocked. Asking the store manager what is the status of my refund and all they can say is that the matter is with head office and out of their hands.

This has been the worst experience in my life and would not recommend them to anyone!
