Disgusting Customer Service

I bought a coffee table on the 11th August 2015. Till this day, I have not had it delivered to me. I had made arrangement for the table to be delivered during the last 2 Saturday's as I was available all day on these occasions. My place of employment is at a power station and I am not available in my house during week days, nor do I have anyone else residing in my house. Last Saturday I was actually told last minute that the table I had purchased was out of stock and that I had to wait AGAIN!!! I made arrangement that it be delivered tomorrow 29th Aug in the morning seeing as I have commitments in the afternoon that require me to be out of Pretoria. I went to the branch today and received the worst service from the manager NOGAL! she didn't even try to assist me. For 2 consecutive Saturdays I had cancelled my plans.
