Disgusting customer service

Shocking customer service. Ordered furniture online. Firstly, the email confirmation sent gave contact details for people who cannot assist in matters concerning online purchases- the multiple contact numbers they provided was not answered. Call center staff are not helpful and I have still not received my entire order- well over a week late. Nobody can provide information and I have spend hours on the phone only to be told that somebody will contact me- deadlines have come and gone and nobody has made contact. Please DO NOT support this business. *********** staff and flawed systems!
