Disgusting Bradlows Umgeni

Purchased lounge suite. It was damaged. It took Bradlows Umgeni 2 months to collect. They now have have it for a further 2 months and will not return nor give me any feedback on the damaged product. The store manager continues to make promises to call but never does. Not sure what to do anymore. They have cheated me of my money
