Disgusting bradlows services

Hi took out a laybuy for a black chest freezer and black microwave, only to find out later that the black chest freezer has been discontinued and that my laybuy was actually a cash sale which means my order was never kept aside...This was so disappointing as i planned for this colour appliances to go with my planned renovated kitchen..Then i was told by bradlows staff in Mitchells plain they Will try to order a black chest freezer for me but they wil need to wait for H/O to transfer the funds so that they can order and pay for it, so they had to cancel my previous laybuy/cash sale to get the money,so i had to open a new laybuy for the microwave only... during this time i have been sending WhatsApp messages asking for any feedback on the freezer, at times i was told i must ask my manager or at times i dont even get a reply which was very frustrating..this whole thing was taking months then i decided to cancel everything and just want all my money back because the level of service was just disgusting..i went to the store on the 15th june to complete and sign the refund forms,the lady that assisted me didn't even have all of my information like my order numbers to complete on the forms, she told me her manager will send through the refund request on Tuesday the 18th June. Today is the 19th July i have been sending follow up messages to the lady that assisted me since last week once again i was told i will ask my manager...Today again i messaged her and she called to say she only see the microwave invoice or order number she cant find the rest of my previous cancelled order...I was so angry and disgusted, it has been more than a month and you are telling me now that you cant find all my order/invoice numbers....Then i ask how long must i wait now again then i was told again i will ask my manager on monday...this is the worst company to relay on and the level of service is disgusting..They dont know what they are doing or how to do there work...How easy it is to take a persons money but a battle to pay back..this would have never happened if they didn't keep my order as promised...I will never purchase anything from bradlows stores ever again
