Disgusted

I'm extremely disappointed with the service we have received from this supplier, We bought a dining room suit late November 2014 and we waited for delivery almost a month, they only delivered on the 24th of December 2014 17:00. This is unacceptable, the product was not unpacked and assembled for us till today. Countless number of calls have been placed to Bradlows and no assistance. Last night we received a call since we said they must come and collect their furniture and they told us some ******** stories that the furniture will be deemed as second hand \****"THE FURNITURE IS STILL IN BOXES... They have failed to keep their end of the bargain and expect an installment payment at the end of the month of which they are getting. Why are these furniture stores ****ing with our Livelihood?"""
