Disclose information that you have

I recently opened an account with Bradlows and my account was declined I than contacted Bradlows requested that they provide me with the name and contact details of the credit bureau that they used, a letter from them stating they had no influence on the decision made by the company (Bradlows) and a credit report from the very same credit bureau . Bradlows has refused to provide me with this information and don’t understand why not, by right they should provide me with this information I need them to disclose any information they have against me. They are requested by law to do so, Bradlows is failing to be transparent and I wonder if they are Discriminating against me
