Disappointment is what the business strives for!!!!

One star rating is an upgrade. Bradlows deserves a negative rating cause the service is disappointing and nauseating. I bought a bed at Bradlows Hazyview on the 29th of November this year. Did I not receive a dirty muddy mattress?! Revolting I tell you. I called the store multiple times but my issue is still not resolved.
