Disappointing Service!

Your service is so disappointing!

Your staff may be friendly at the store, but they don't take accountability and they don't take their customers seriously!

Bought 2 beds that were meant to be delivered on the 28th of December 2021 and we are still waiting for delivery even though this was arranged in October 2021 already!

My payments were never allocated and every time I followed up I had to resend my POP'S. Vijay would always tell me how Kelebogile (no longer works at the store) messed up my sale and he was trying to fix it.

The store's landline number *** does not exist anymore! When I called and spoke to Vijay, he told me that he was on leave and would sort it out after his leave on the 29th of December 2021 and when I called to check again the phone just goes to voice mail now... Honestly, him being on leave should not get in the way of work being done! I'm sure there are other team members who could have made sure that the work was done and my beds were delivered on time!

I'm not impressed at all and I would not recommend Bradlows Southgate branch to anyone!
