Disappointed with the shop.

2019 I bought leather couch from Bradlows in Port Elizabeth. 2020 September 09 I sent back the couch to the store cause the stitches where torn and the arm rest where all loose. Until today I have not received my couches. I need help I've been in and out of bradlows no help. I've been calling them no answer. I bought the couches cash. The price was R32 900.
