Disappointed with my experience with the Conti 300W Power Station

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my experience regarding the Conti 300W Power Station ordered from JD Home.

I ordered Conti 300W Power Stations, but they were non-functional. I escalated the issue and returned the power stations, only to be informed that the supplier granted credit due to no stock availability. Despite requesting a refund, I haven't received any update.

Furthermore, I've experienced a lack of accountability from customer service representatives, particularly Andile Mkhize, who demonstrated no empathy throughout our interactions.

I urge @JDHomeComplaints to intervene and process my refund promptly. I expect two key resolutions:

Immediate refund processing. Improvement in customer service and accountability.
