Disappointed with Bradlows

Hi There, I bought Houston 3piece lounge Suite Dark brown in Color from Bradlows in Thohoyandou in july 2017,3months after they started to change color to light brown and the one sitter was broken, i logged complain and they came took them and fix them. After 6months same thing happened again but they fix again. So this year in the beginning of August 2019 i complain again. They took them for almost 2 months. Ive been calling and getting empty promises. Going up and down but no help. And this couches when i bought them they claim its the best and its the only pure leather in the store. I only received a call today 01/10/2019 the store manager saying they wont fix them and they are sending them back in that condition. And the painful part is that i paid closed to R40k and i didn't give them any problem but now am keeping damaged goods that worth close to R40k it feels like i bought them by this indian furniture shop. I never expected such service from store like Bradlows. Bradlows ****** me.
