Disappointed in Bradlows

My experience with Bradlows PTA Central has been atrocious. From the moment we received the goods to the complaints process. The store manager Patricia has been giving us the run around for an error that she has made with our goods. We received the incorrect goods and she has given no help at all to resolve this. She keeps stating that they are awaiting feedback from the supplier. it is now almost two months later and still we are stuck with the incorrect goods. The Whatsapp line is just as horrible and the customer care consultants are just as poor with service. If you want to save yourself from horrible service make sure you DO NOT GO TO BRADLOWS PTA CENTRAL.
