Disappointed frustrated customer

I bought a sofas from bradlows two years ago on black Friday I paid cash for the sofas but during the first year the material was peeling off so bradlows didn't take the sofas in for repairs. They 5ook my three and single seater that was giving back to me that was up to standard o. The 13 of July this year they took my two seater and up till today it was returned to me. I've call customer care service spoke to the manager at the branch many times and I'm just left frustrated my kids have be sitting on the floor for almost 6 months now
