Disappointed / False advertising

<p>I recieved a catalogue within the week of the 15th and advertised was a special for Bradlows / Morkels the was a cellphone advert which i then sent my mother to buy the cellphone as they were rather reasonable she went to Maponya and Jabulani mall to try and get these but there was no stock in any of the stores and it was only the first day of the Special and there was already no stock and they said none of their branches did not have stock of the unit i then contacted Customer service on Wednesday 29/06/16 to book a compalaint as they were running a Promo and did not have stock of what they were Promoting and this Ad was in so many papers and even on the internet, So they were false advertising stock they did not have,they said they ould call me back which they did and i recieved a Call from a Gentleman named Tsepo from the Headoffice who called and informed me that they recieved my query and they would try and source from Branches and until Today no one has gotten back to me. i have attached the catalogue for Reference</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
