Disappointed Customer

I bought a bedroom suit from Bradlows City View Durban, in cash. After a month of using it, it started to wear and tear. I complained to the store manager plenty of times but no one is willing to assist me. I am disgusted with your poor customer service! Is this how ya'll treat your "valued" customers? It seems like after you've taken customers money ya'll don't care them anymore!?! Your staff was so helpful when they wanted my money but now that I have a complain they all MIA. I'll NEVER buy anything from you people ever again!!!
