Disappointed by the treatment of one of the staff members named Jackie Rude,disrespectful and uncaring.

Such a rude and uncaring salesperson called Jackie. She will only pretend to be friendly and nice when she wants you to buy something but as soon as you have put your money in it she turns out to be a totally different person. I bought a dining room suit and Bradlows sent me a damaged table with scratches. Jackie became rude and defensive telling me I will have to wait for about 3months for it to be changed. No apologies at all. I'm so disappointed as I've bought it for cash and don't owe anything.
