Disappointed and angry customer

I'm disappointed and very angry with the poor service I got from this Bradlows. On the 28th of November, I bought a bedroom suites and bed base. They only delivered on the 09th and only bedroom suites without the base. Mind you, I need these items for a Monday wedding (16 th Dec). I went to the branch and they said they currently dont have stock and they will can only deliver on the 19th. I tried to buy another bed, I was told that I must pay the whole amount (R5000). They will repay the money I used for the "1st" bed in two weeks time (R3000). Like guys, after all the hell you have put me through, this is how you can help me?
